Achieving longer lifespan for mold components with the permeation diffusion treatment technology "Ainix"!

A must-see for those struggling with surface treatment and coating of press molds, aluminum die-casting molds, and cutting tools!

"I-NIX" refers to the "New Penetration Diffusion Treatment Method," which is a completely eco-friendly surface treatment method that processes a treatment agent primarily composed of Na (sodium) and special elements in an electric furnace. By improving qualities such as wear resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance, it significantly extends the lifespan of products. Its efficient processing characteristics also enable cost reduction simultaneously. Due to its property of enveloping the coating, it becomes less prone to peeling. *Applicable only to items that can be treated at high temperatures. ◎ Press Molds - The friction coefficient decreases, resulting in a delayed wear effect on punches. - The penetration layer is deep, allowing for regrinding. *Typical penetration depth is 0.1 to 0.15 mm, which can be adjusted slightly depending on the treatment. - There is no dimensional change, allowing treatment of products with strict clearance requirements. Up to 20-30 times improvement compared to in-house standards for hard materials! ◎ Aluminum Die-Casting Molds - Can delay and minimize the occurrence of heat cracks due to thermal fatigue. Also effective against melting loss. Up to 0-10 times improvement! ◎ Cutting Tools - Processing with ultra-hard hob cutters or throwaway tips reduces chipping. Up to 2-6 times improvement!
